Admission Procedure
Here are the steps for securing admission for your child:
Step 1
Obtain the admission form at The Gift and submit it either in person or via email to info@thegiftheights.org
Step 2
Along with the completed form, submit the following documents:
- 2 recent passport-sized photographs of your child
- a copy of your child’s birth certificate
- a copy of the most recent academic results
Step 3
Schedule a suitable date for your child’s entrance test at The Gift.
To qualify for admission, your child must sit for the relevant entrance test and show proficiency in both oral and written English, as well as Mathematics.
Step 4
If successful, you can collect the admission letter from the admissions office.
Payment of fees/bills by the parent or guardian indicates full acceptance of the admission.
HIGH SCHOOL
Our admissions policy outlines the criteria and standards required for admission. Students must meet the following requirements:
Academic Requirements
- All applicants must have a minimum of 60% in their previous academic report.
- Students must also score an average of 60% on the Entrance Examination.
- Since The Gift Heights is an English-speaking school, all students must demonstrate proficiency in English prior to admission.
- Official copies of previous school records must be submitted.
- Parents or guardians are required to provide and acknowledge all documentation related to their child’s admission, including the child’s medical history, emergency contacts, etc.
Admissions Criteria
- Candidates seeking admission to Junior Secondary School must sit for exams in: English Language, Mathematics and General Paper (including Science, Current Affairs, and Reasoning Skills).
- Students transferring to Senior Secondary School must take exams in English Language, Mathematics and subjects relevant to their department.
- An oral interview is mandatory for all students before admission.
- The school reserves the right to request additional documents or information from previous schools.
